Kingdom Messengers

Eugene Ricketts

This novel begins with the destruction of the grid in much of the industrialized western world. Come along on this the journey with the Kingdom Messengers.

“The day of the Lord.” This prophesied, future moment in time inspired this novel and is summed up in these two New Testament verses:

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached
in the whole world as a testimony to all nations,
and then the end will come.” Matthew 24:14

“The kingdom of this world has become the kingdom
of our Lord and his Messiah, and he will reign
forever and ever.” Revelation 11:15

Vulnerable populations living in the highly populated cities of the West have never coped without electrical power. Electricity has provided easy access to food, drinking water, and fuel. This dependence on technology has also made us vulnerable. Left in the dark, highly civilized peoples become desperate and even dangerous as they struggle to survive.

Many in America have joined a reverse migration across the Mexican border, into areas where people can still exist off the land and sea.

It is in Baja Mexico where this story begins. Carlos, Ria, and others meet up with two prophesied witnesses of Christ, Elias and Moshe. They lead the characters of this story to Jerusalem to testify while being targeted by the enemies of God.

The theme of this account is built upon several primary chapters of the Bible: The Olivet discourse, presented in chapters twenty-four and twenty-five of the book of Matthew and chapters seven to fourteen of the book of Revelation.

Mankind and animal life rejoice as the earth becomes restored to a peace, like Eden.

The reader of this second book, Into the Kingdom will journey through its pages with Ria, Carlos, and the other Kingdom Messengers, following Christ/Messiah as they minister and battle the enemies of our Creator to bring God’s heavenly kingdom to earth.

This novel follows the martyred resurrected messengers as they arrive back on earth with Christ as King. They continue to herald the Gospel of the Kingdom as they battle God’s enemies that have persecuted and killed God’s chosen. The chosen messengers stand, hand in hand, with the persecuted Jews and Christians of the last days. Together, as family, the army of God follows Christ to victory, returning the earth to its Creator.

Once the earth is free of the forces of darkness, a celebration, the marriage supper of the lamb, as depicted in the prophetic scriptures, will take place.
